Zero Tolerance Policy
Metry Cab does not tolerate the use of alcohol or drugs by drivers using our services. If you believe your driver may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please have the driver END THE TRIP IMMEDIATELY and dial 911.
After the driver has ended the trip, please report any feedback directly to us using the form below and inform us of your issue. After a credible complaint has been received an internal investigation will be conducted. During this investigation the driver may possibly be suspended for the entire duration of the investigation. Upon the conclusion of our internal investigation any driver found in violation of our company policy will then be prohibited from engaging as a driver and will be dismissed.

Insurance Coverage
Metry Cab conforms to all State Laws and Local Laws as they pertain to Insurance requirements for Public Carrier Vehicles under La RS 45:200.4 and Jefferson Parish Ordinance Sec. 38-29.
